A Ride Down The Volta

I might have to travel down the Volta River & Lake, just to recruit champions for the 2016 Olympics. I see gold & silver medals in canoe sprint.
There's gotta be a bunch of able-bodied men rowing their canoes out there everyday. That should be equivalent to years of practice right?
Bigups to the guy from Senegal that competed in canoe sprint.

    1. For real!
They dont need any fancy training facilities, nor expensive training gear. They have Deep Blue as their backyard so they can train as often as needed. Food won't be a problem but the right diet for efficient training might be.
